Bill Jensen

Bill Jensen is an information architect with 20+ years of experience in communication and change consulting. He has pioneered the design of Organizational Mapping, Message Mapping and their work tools for implementation strategies (such as Behavioral Communications and Change Navigation).

His book, Simplicity, has been hailed as a 'breakthrough in the design of understanding', and 'an outline for the future of leadership.' His next book, Work 2.0: Rewriting the Contract, first published in 2002, has already earned this review from the CEO of a many-time most-admired company, 'Five years from now, we will have failed as leaders if we have not addressed these issues!'

He holds degrees in Communication Design and Organizational Development. He's CEO of The Jensen Group, whose mission is to 'help clients succeedsimply by changing how they organize and deliver what they know'. Among the Jensen Group's clients are Bank of America, Eli Lilly, Merck, Nortel, Oracle, Engage Technologies, Walt Disney World, Duracell, Bethlehem Steel,Accenture Consulting and the Swedish Post Office.
