James G. Jumes is Senior Manager of PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Operational Systems Risk Management practice. He has over 10 years' experience in information technology strategy, business system selection and implementation, and security. James is the author of Windows NT 3.5 Guidelines for Security, Audit, and Control. He earned an M.B.A. from Lehigh University and an M.Ed. and B.A. in Psychology from Boston College.
