Michael H. Zack

Dr. Michael H. Zack, Walsh Research Professor at the College of Business Administration, Northwestern University, is an educator, researcher, and consultant, specializing in the management of information and knowledge to enhance organizational performance. He has worked extensively in the areas of knowledge management, collaboration technologies, and information-based products and services. Dr. Zack has served as a consultant to industry and government for over 20 years. He has delivered presentations at many international conferences and seminars and his articles have appeared in leading academic and management journals. He was formerly the CEO of a leasing company and a management consultant with a major public accounting firm. Dr. Zack earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
