Neil F. Cooper is a Senior Technical Manager of PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Technology Risk Services practice, and has over 16 years experience in data processing. He has primary responsibility for leading the Windows NT Security service line for PwC, and is part of PwC's technical team for UNIX, Windows NT, and Internet Security Services. Neil earned an M.S. in Geologt from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Geology from Pennsylvania State University. Neil is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
