Roman G. Hiebing, Jr.

Roman G. Hiebing, Jr., is Chief Executive Officer of The Hiebing Group, an advertising, marketing and public relations agency that has over the years provided full-service capability to a diverse clientele from small entrepreneurial firms to Fortune 500 companies. These have included Kimberly-Clark, McDonalds Corporation and Mercury Marine.

Roman received his graduate degree in marketing and advertising from the University of Wisconsin. His thesis was the basis for the Brat and Brau chain of restaurants he founded in 1969. In addition to his work in the agency and restaurant business, Mr. Hiebing teaches advertising and marketing in the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin.

Prior to founding The Hiebing Group, Roman spent seven years with the Leo Burnett Company in Chicago. After this Chicago agency experience, Roman returned to Madison, Wisconsin, to open his own marketing communications firm.
