Watts S. Humphrey

Watts S. Humphrey is well known as the author of influential books on the software process, including Managing the Software Process, A Discipline for Software Engineering, and Introduction to the Personal Software Process. Formerly a senior software-development executive at IBM, he is now a Fellow at the Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University. He is also a much sought after consultant and lecturer on the topics of his books.
