Ben Salama joined Almonde as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2002. Ben has over 18 years' experience in leading and motivating sales, marketing and technical teams in software companies and systems integration organizations to achieve outstanding business growth.
His most recent roles include: Managing Director and Vice President Europe for Uniscape Inc., a US supplier of enterprise content translation software; Managing Director and Vice President, Europe for Talus Solutions Inc. the world's leading vendor of pricing and revenue optimization software. Manugistics, Inc. acquired the company in December 2000. Before joining Talus Solutions, Ben was Senior Vice President Sales & Field Operations for Algorithmics Inc, a Canada-based supplier of financial risk management applications, where he grew the company's revenues from $20M to over $90M in three years.
Ben holds a BSc in Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of London.
