Bob Paladino, CPA is a long time thought leader and practitioner in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) field. He recently published a #1 Best Selling book, "Five Key Principles of Corporate Performance Management" (Wiley publishing).

His experience includes developing hundreds of balanced scorecards spanning many industries and governments. He served as the Vice President & Global Consulting Practice Leader for Drs. Kaplan & Norton at the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative. Ten of his clients have won Hall of Fame Awards from Drs. Kaplan and Norton. Hall of Fame winners have been profiled in both of their recent best-selling books, as well as in Harvard Business Review, Forbes and Fortune magazines and several business books. As Senior Vice President of Crown Castle International he implemented the global Balanced Scorecard program to win both the Hall of Fame Award and APQC's Best Practice Partner Award.

He draws upon proven experience implementing GE and Motorola six sigma, balanced scorecard, activity-based management, knowledge management and process improvement disciplines.

Formerly a leading consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, and Towers Perrin, he is a Wharton MBA, a CPA and a member of the AICPA and MSCPA and he holds a BA degree in accounting, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts. He is published in leading journals and is among the highest rated speakers at corporate and industry events, such as FEI, ASMI and CFO Rising.
