Brian E. Becker is a Professor and Department Chair of Organizations and Human Resources at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has a B.A. and a M.S. from the Sangamon State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Becker's research interests focus on the effects of human resources and labor relations policies on firm performance, and he has published widely in these areas. He has also developed courses on the theory and practice of managerial negotiations for both students and practitioners.
