Author Carol Orsborn has perfected the intuitive decision-making process over the course of the thousands of intuitive decision-making workshops and retreats she has led over the past fifteen years. Senge, John Naisbitt, Ken Blanchard, James Autry, Thomas Chappell, Gerald Jampolsky and many more, Carol is internationally recognized as a pioneer in the field of intrinsic motivation.

In addition to running her own consulting company for the past twenty years and authoring ten books on this and related topics, Carol has received a Masters in the field of religious studies from Vanderbilt University.
