Charlotte Hågård, a Swedish BSc in Economics, is born in Östergötland and has worked with the coaching and career development of individuals and organizations for over 20 years. As the founder of NEWSTART AB, the pioneer company in the life and career advice in Sweden, Charlotte has been responsible for the methodology and concept development for career programs of over 30 000 employees and managers in Scandinavia. She has coached over 8000 clients, individually or in groups.
Charlotte has worked for many years as a coach and partners in the individual career programs and conducted hundreds of seminars, lectures and workshops. Prior to her years as a career coach and entrepreneur, she was working as a headhunter and recruiter for 5 years, and in public relations, marketing and business development in Australia and the USA.
