Christopher Mabey is Head of the Centre for Human Resource and Change Management at the Open University Business School and is a Chartered Psychologist. He teaches, researches, writes and consults on the subjects of Individual and Organizational Development. Before joining the Open University he worked as an internal change consultant at British Telecom and Rank Xerox.
