Colin Coulson-Thomas

Colin Coulson-Thomas, non-executive chairman of award winning companies and Professor of Competitiveness at the University of Luton has advised over 60 boards on how to improve board and corporate performance.

He leads the world's largest winning business and best practice programme and has reviewed the processes and practices for winning business of over 20 companies.

Following marketing and general management roles he became the world's first Professor of Corporate Transformation and more recently Process Vision Holder of major transformation projects. Among the hundreds of processes he has designed are those for handling customer telephone and e-mail enquiries and processing transactions through call centres and web sites.

He is the author of over 30 books and reports the latest of which Transforming the Company, manage change, compete and win was described recently in The Times as a 'classic of the genre'.
