Cormac Butler

Cormac Butler is an experienced international training consultant having worked with clients in Hong Kong, Croatia, Poland, Estonia, Dublin and London. Specialising in risk management derivatives trading, he has worked with major banks including Salomon Brothers, Robert Fleming, Banque Paribas, Allied Irish Banks, as well as acting as a consultant with Commonwealth Development Corporation, Lombard Risk Systems, ABB and Arab Banking Corporation. He has also worked as a lecturer to students of the institute of Chartered Accountants and to traders sitting the examination of the Institute of Investment Management and research.

Cormac graduated from the University of Limerick, Ireland with a degree in Finance. Apart from investment banks, he has worked with Coopers & Lybrand and Peat Marwick. He has also acquired some experience in the area of option and equity trading. He has recently completed two workbooks: Treasure Risk Management and Portfolio Risk Management.
