Diana Larsen

A founder of FutureWorks Consulting in Portland, Oregon, Diana Larsen partners with leaders around the world to design work systems, improve team performance, and transition to Agile methods. Diana co-authored Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great and Quickstart Guide to Five Rules for Accelerated Learning. She also co-created the influential Agile Fluency model.

She has worked with technical professionals and leaders throughout her career. Diana partnered with clients in the software and high tech industries to build her clients’ proficiency in shaping environments for productive teams that thrive and prosper in times of change. She led the practice area for Agile software development, team leadership, and Agile transitions at FutureWorks Consulting, so that everyone at every level can say, "I love my work...this is the best job ever!" After many volunteer experiences, Diana now serves on the Advisory Board of the Organization Design Form. For fun, she leads team, project, and whole system processes for collaborative thinking and planning. She is a sought-after facilitator for Open Space Technology and other large group participation events

She holds a B.A. (Organizational Communications) from Lewis and Clark College.
