Professor Gavin Kennedy, BA MSc PhD FClnstM, is Managing Director of Negotiate Ltd. and a Professor at The Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Professor Kennedy has taught at the University of Strathclyde Business School for eleven years and was a Professor in the Department of Accountancy and Finance, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh from 1984-1988. He ran the UK's first Negotiating Workshop at Brunei University, London in April 1972.
His books have been translated into Dutch, German, Swedish, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and Portugese.
