Karl W. Stewart

Karl Stewart is a mining engineer, who has worked in underground and open cut mines, and in the aluminium smelting industry. He was the group consultant to CRA, Ltd. where he led the development of implementation and system theories to allow managers to bring about positive organizational change.

Karl later successfully applied this work as managing director of Comalco Smelting (now Rio Tinto). Prior to these activities he was the site manager at Weipa Bauxite mine and Vice President of Human Resources of Comalco, Ltd.
