Louise Boulter currently works at the Middlesex Business School in London. Prior to this she was at the University of Leicester where she was deputy director of a research and teaching centre. Her areas of interest include; performance measurement and monitoring, outlier personalities including corporate psychopaths and positive deviants. A recent publication has been in the 4 star journal: 'Total quality beyond North America: A comparative analysis of the performance of European Excellence Award winners'.
