Monir H. Tayeb is Reader in International Human Resource Management at Heriot-Watt University. She has given papers at over 40 national and international conferences and workshops, and contributed to over 30 edited books. She has also published in a number of academic journals, including Organization Studies, International Journal of Human Resource Management and International Review.
