Dr. Paul Christodoulou's role at Cambridge IfM involves 'putting the outputs of research into practice' by working closely with partner companies to tailor and deploy IfM's research-based methodologies via collaborative projects. Paul also co-leads IfM's training courses on Manufacturing Footprint Strategy and co-chairs the Digital Supply Chains Consortium.

Paul has led major collaborations since 2003 with leading companies including Becton Dickinson, Beiersdorf, Bombardier, Caterpillar, Electrolux, Emerson, Ferring, Grundfos, Huntsman, IKEA, Invensys, LEGO, Nestlé, Rolls-Royce, RUAG, SABIC, Schneider Electric, Sealed Air, Shell, Signify, Smith & Nephew and Wavin.
Before working with IfM Engage, Paul spent 19 years in senior roles in multinational companies based in UK, USA and France. This included leadership roles in production, design and sales before heading up corporate strategy projects covering global manufacturing, marketing, M&A and post-M&A integration.
Paul has a first-class engineering degree from Durham, an MBA (with distinction) from INSEAD, and a PhD from Cambridge.
