Philip Hunter has worked as an information technology journalist for the last 12 years, specializing in networking andtelecommunictions. Prior to this he worked in the IT industry,working variously as a medical statistician and systems analyst. Publications he has written for regularly include ComputerWeekly, Information Week and the leading computer networking journal Datacom. He has also written short guide books on data communications for several clients including BT and Racal Datacom.
