Philip J. Kitchen is the Martin Naugthon professor of business strategy, specializing in marketing, at The Queen's University School of Management, Belfast.

There he teaches and carries out research in marketing communications, marketing management, international communications management, and corporate communications. He is founder and director of the executive MBA program,. Before Queen's, he worked at Strathclyde and Keele Universities in the United Kingdom.
