Philip R. Harris, Ph.D., a management and space psychologist, is president of Harris International Ltd. in La Jolla, California. A former Fulbright professor to India who has lectured at numerous universities worldwide, he also served as vive-president of St. Francis College in New York, and Copley International Corporation in San Diego. As an international management consultant, Dr. Harris has helped more than 200 clients around the world to better understand and manage the impact of cultural and organizational dynamics. He is the author/editor of some forty books and is on the advisory board of the European Business Review.
