Raimund Diederichs is a principal in McKinsey's Vienna office. Raimund joined the firm in 1982. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Aachen and an MBA from INSEAD. Before joining McKinsey he worked for two years as a process engineer at Procter & Gamble, spending one year in the United States. Raimund is one of the authors of Simplicity Wins, published in 1995.
