Robert J. Kriegel

Robert Kriegel is author of three best sellers, an NPR commentator and creator of two PBS specials.

A leading authority on change and human performance, Dr. Kriegel has taught at Stanford University and coached Olympic and professional athletes. His presentations outline bold, inovative strategies and practical guidelines for riding the wave of change by — developing Change-Ready people and organizations — rounding up sacred cows and putting them out to pasture — gaining the edge by rethinking the rules &mdash redefining the roles and reinventing the game.

Kriegel is a regular commentator on American Public Radio's Marketplace and has made several specials for PBS. His articles appear in publications ranging from Sports Illustrated to Working Woman and Readers Digest.

A former All-American athlete and pioneering sports psychologist for many Olympic and professional teams, Dr. Kriegel has also been a commentator on ESPN. The New York Times said "his work spurred a revolution in perfomance practices".

Dr. Kriegel has taught in Stanford University's Executive Management Program, has been an advertising executive, was a member of the California Governor's Council and serves on the board of trustees of Prescott College.

He lectures, hold seminars and does performance consulting for major corporations, associations and sports teams around the world.
