Robert MacKenzie is Professor of Working Life Science at Karlstad Business School, Karlstad University, Sweden. He is also an editor of New Technology, Work and Employment . His research focuses on the regulation of the employment relationship in the context of restructuring. Hos work links the social and economic experiences of workers with broader patterns of socioeconomic restructuring and the role played by multiple stakeholders, contract form, technological change and occupational identity in mediating the experience of restructuring.
