Robert Slade

Robert Slade is a graduate of the University of British Columbia. He received his Master's Degree from the University of Oregon. Formerly an instructor for Simon Fraser University. and at the University College of the Fraser Valley, the author has taught courses covering both virus protection and virus instruction. He regularly speaks at computer security conferences and professional workshops, and consults on various virus detection systems. Slade is best known for his columns on VIRUS-L, the main electronic bulletin board for virus information, as well as comp.virus, the main USENET bulletion board. He has posted more than 150 articles on computer viruses and related topics.
