Ever since her handling of the Air Florida #90 crash in Washington, D.C., Robin Cohn has become a recognized authority on crisis management. Ms. Cohn, the author of The PR Crisis Bible (St. Martin's Press), advises clients on a broad range of crises, including product boycotts, congressional investigations, bankruptcies and other financial problems.

Specializing in crisis management, Robin Cohn and Company was founded in 1989. Prior to that, Ms. Cohn served as head of pubic relations for financier Ronald O. Perelman's holding companies MacAndrews and Forbes Group and Revlon Group. In that capacity, she was responsible for managing sensitive public relations issues within the different operating companies and on the holding company levels.

A former adjunct professor in corporate communications in the graduate program at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Ms. Cohn has written and lectured extensively on crisis management matters. She is widely quoted in consumer and trade publications and is an expert witness in litigation cases. She is also featured in the text book The Practice of Public Relations.
