Scott Robinette

Scott Robinette is president of Hallmark Loyalty, a division of Hallmark Cards, Inc., chartered with helping organizations create and strengthen the emotional connection between customer and company.

Robinette, instrumental in launching the new Hallmark Loyalty division — one of Hallmark's fastest-growing business units — is co-author of the book Emotion Marketing: The Hallmark Way of Winning Customers for Life.

Robinette, a respected speaker on customer relationship management and loyalty, spoke at the 2000 Direct Marketing Association national convention in New Orleans, and recently was profiled in B to B magazine, a national business publication. He was also featured in the Executive Report on Customer Retention newsletter.

Prior to joining Hallmark, Robinette was in consumer product marketing with the Disney company. He holds a graduate degree in direct marketing from the Medill Integrated Marketing Communications program at Northwestern University.
