Stephen J. Mellor is cofounder, with Sally Shlaer, of Project Technology, Inc., a leading vendor of complete object-oriented development solutions. He and Sally also developed the Shlaer-Mellor Method of object-oriented analysis and recursive design. Steve teaches and consults for a wide variety of real-time and embedded systems projects using the method. Steve has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Essex, UK.
