Stephen R. Rosenthal, Ph.D., is Professor of Operations Management, Boston University, and Director of BU's Center for Enterprise Leadership.
He has taught at Harvard, Dartmouth, and Princeton, and has written three books and numerous articles. He has also done extensive management consulting and training, and is a specialist in the management of product development. He lives in the Boston Area.
