Steven ten Have read law and psychology at Utrecht University and earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Nijenrode University. At this moment he is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Berenschot Group, a large independent consultancy firm based in The Netherlands. In 2002 he completed his PhD at Twente University. In his thesis he describes the change management practices of Nokia and ST Microelectronics and several other companies.
