Susan Lammers have a B.A. in English Literature from Stanford University.
She worked at Microsoft whre she directed Consumer New Media Publishing Group in charge of new media CD ROM projects such as the encyclopedia, Bookshelf, Beethoven, and others. She also served as Associate Publisher, Editor-in-Chief of Microsoft Press. Author of book, Programmers at Work.
