Toby J. Tetenbaum, Ph.D., has consulted with managers and staff in profit and not-for-profit organizations ranging from Fortune 10 companies and the nation's largest school systems, to small, start-up firms. Toby has designed and implemented interventions and solutions in the areas of management development, strategic planning, developing corporate culture, and managing change. A licensed psychologist, she has been a professor at Fordham University for 25 years where she initiated and directs the Human Resource Education Masters Degree Program. She is widely published in a variety of business and education journals.
