Ulf Nygren is responsible for outsourcing in the public sector in Sweden at Tieto. He has worked in the IT industry since 1982. Ulf has long and broad experience in the IT field and has worked exclusively in the outsourcing area for the past 15 years. He has been involved in over 140 outsourcing deals, mostly in the public sector. Ulf is also a certified project manager (IPMA level B) and has been the main project leader for just over 15 large transition-projects.
