An Ashridge Associate, Wendy Briner, MSc, is actively involved in one-to-one feedback, coaching and leadership development. She is particularly interested in developing approaches to learning and knowledge creation that enables people and teams to learn from their working experiences. Wendy is director of coaching for the Ashridge Leadership Process.
Wendy is a founder member of New Organization Consulting, focusing on using a combination of organizational teamworking, executive development and project ways of working to enable organizations to learn how to sustain improved performance. Building on her background she is currently interested in project-based organizations, how they work, how they are led and how sustained change can be enabled through structured participation. She has published Project Leadership (2nd edition 1996) which outlines her interest in projects as vehicles for organizational change and is a regular writer and contributor to conferences on leadership, coaching, and team performance.
