Bill's expertise is primarily in large scale object-oriented project developments. He has a proven track record in delivering new technology systems due to his strong leadership and technical knowledge. He has worked on projects in military, health, real-time control systems and financial domains. His object-oriented financial project deliveries include insurance, investment banking and retail banking. Prior to joining Concept Five he specialized in financial system migration to object-oriented technology.
