William S. Hubbartt

William S. Hubbartt, President is the principal and owner of Hubbartt & Associates.

William S. Hubbartt has over 25 years experience in human resource management including positions in industry, corporate, government and consulting. He was awarded a lifetime accreditation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), from the Human Resource Certification Institute and, in 1995, he received the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from the American Compensation Association. He has earned an MS Degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago. Hubbartt is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and was 1991 and 1992 Chairman of the Human Resource Group of the Greater O'Hare Association.

A respected business writer, Mr. Hubbartt is author of five books, including Performance Appraisal Manual for Managers and Supervisors, (Commerce Clearing House, 1992); Personnel Policy Handbook — How to Prepare a Personnel Policy Manual that Works, (McGraw Hill, 1993); and What Every Employee Ought to Know about Performance Appraisals, (CCH, 1994), and What You Ought to Know About Participating in Employee Committees and Work Teams, (CCH, 1995), and The New Battle Over Workplace Privacy, (AMACOM, 1997). Mr. Hubbartt is author of the "Management Memo" column in the Kane County Chronicle, a local newspaper published in Geneva, Illinois.
