Yvonne Randle

Yvonne Randle is Executive Vice President of Management Systems. Over the past 30-plus years, Dr. Randle has helped the leaders of companies (ranging in size from small entrepreneurships to members of the Fortune 500) develop and implement effective strategic plans, create systems for managing their companies' cultures, design and deliver leadership development programs, create and manage effective organizational structures, and implement well-designed performance management systems. Dr. Randle serves as a lecturer at the Anderson School at UCLA.

Her clients have included Amgen, Baskin-Robbins, Bell-Carter Foods, EAS, Emergent BioSolutions, GOJO Industries, Grocery Outlet, Guggenheim Partners, Guilford Pharmaceuticals, Inova Health System, Le Pain Quotidien, LifeScan (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson), MannKind Corporation, Infogix, Melvin Simon & Associates (now Simon Property Group), Mövenpick (Switzerland), Navistar, PacifiCare, PowerBar, Princess Cruises, Robbins Brothers, Rose Hills, Pardee Homes (a Weyerhaeuser company), Southern California Edison, Techmer PM, Surgitek (subsidiary of Bristol Meyers), the Kusto Group (Kazakhstan), Tommy Bahama, and Vans.

Yvonne has worked with a number of nonprofit organizations during her tenure with Management Systems. Her nonprofit clients have included Head Start (where she is a nationally recognized resource), Crystal Stairs, Southern California Presbyterian Homes, the American Legion, Pasadena Unified School District, the National Association of Women Business Owners (at the local and national levels), the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce, Interfaith Family, the Los Angeles Education Foundation, Stanislaus County Child and Family Services Division, Cen-Clear Child Services, Encounter, Footsteps, and Delta Dental of Missouri. Dr. Randle has also presented seminars and workshops for organizations such as TRW, Intel, the American Legion, Hughes Electronics NAWBO-LA, SHRM, and the Forbes Presidents Forum.

Dr. Randle is the co-author of The Inner Game of Management, Changing the Game: Organizational Transformations of the First, Second, and Third Kinds, Leading Strategic Change, and Corporate Culture: The Ultimate Strategic Asset

She got her Ph.D. (Management/Strategy) from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
