A good (and official) overview of the PRINCE2 methodology/framework. I started to appreciate it a lot more lately, as my experience grows.

PMI, IPMA et al has better books written about about them, but the PRINCE2 feels to be more rooted in reality and more encompassing. 

But it could have been better wriiten.
