Fairly meaningless, unless you are in the US Navy or in a mindless organization like that which can't allow free thoughts and initiatives.
Maybe this is for the US market? I can assure everyone that there is nothing new in this book (hmm, maybe for some Brits...) if you're an European.
Boringly written as well. My recommendation is to avoid it.
