Title says it all!
Not that an experienced project manager can't find useful information within this book (they most certainly can), but some of the information is so basic, that it will only benefit a beginner in the profession. Some people love the side-notes/pop-ups, but personally I have a hard time with them, as they distract me all the time (other people love them, which just shows that pople are different).
In short, a very, very, good introduction to project management, even if it is sometimes a bit confusing.
