Well, OBM is all the rage nowadays, and this is a Swedish primer in the area. No breakthroughs or original thoughts are presented and it is sometimes a bit shallow in its discussions, but as a first book in the subject it works if you manage to ignore the authors attempts to make himself a unique expert in the area.
