Well, not as good as the authors other book, as this is also sprinkled with "sage advice", that is very dubious from time to time. 

And the selection of interview subjects are a bit spotty and very focused on the West-Coast of the USA, with all that entails.

These some interesting stuff in here, but not enough to justify really reading the book covert to cover.
