André Spicer

André Spicer is a New Zealand academic, and professor of organisational behaviour at the Cass Business School, City University of London, and the founding director of ETHOS: The Centre for Responsible Enterprise there.

Spicer was born and raised in Whangarei, New Zealand. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Otago, and a PhD from the University of Melbourne.

Spicer was formerly a professor of organization studies at the University of Warwick.

Spicer is the author of the book Business Bullshit and co-author or other books.
