With more than 20 years experience in quality leadership and performance excellence, Christopher has led numerous international deployments and has trained more than 1,200 practitioners.
He has an MBA from London Business School, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis.
