Ingemund Hägg

Ingemund Hägg is Professor of Business Studies at the Department of Business Studies, Uppsala University, Uppsala, Sweden.

He has a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from the Graduate School of Industrial Administration (GSIA), Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh. He has a licentiate degree (equivalent to a Ph.D.) from the Stockholm School of Economics, Stockholm and became Docent at Uppsala University.

He has studied in Pittsburgh and Berkeley, been a visiting scholar at Stanford University and was Professor of Management at the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM), Brussels 1977-78.

His research interests in the field of corporate governance include corporate governance effects of foreign ownership in Swedish corporations and institutional ownership in Swedish industry.
