Jon Billsberry

Jon Billsberry BA (Hons), MBA. John is a lecturer in organisational behaviour at the Open University Business School. He is the course team chair of The Effective Manager, responsible for all academic matters on one of Europe's largest management courses. His research interests are in the subjects of recruitment and selection, organisational entry, and person-organisation fit. Before turning to academia, he spent six years as a manager in the financial services and manufacturing industries, including periods as a financial analyst at Citibank and Morgan Greenfell. Following these appointments, he worked for four years as a headhunter with Scott Collins Ltd.
