Paul is the author of six highly acclaimed books. His most recent (co-authored with Ben Lamorte) is Objectives and Key Results: Driving Focus, Alignment, and Engagement with OKRs Paul's six books have been translated in over 15 languages around the globe.
In 2001, Paul founded The Senalosa Group, a consulting firm dedicated to assisting clients in crafting and executing strategy using his proven step-by-step methodology.
Since that time, Senalosa has developed Strategy and Performance Management systems for Fortune 1000, small and medium sized companies, public sector agencies, and nonprofit organizations around the globe.
Unlike many consultants who lack practical experience in their craft, Paul was a practitioner before becoming a consultant. His expertise was honed in industry, leading a highly successful strategy execution implementation. In fact, that implementation (at the Canadian company Nova Scotia Power) was among the first to be recognized as an inductee into the Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame.
