Renée Mauborgne

Renée Mauborgne is the INSEAD Distinguished Fellow and a professor of Strategy and Management at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and Fellow of the World Economic Forum. She has published numerous articles on strategy and managing the multinational which can be found in Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of International Business Studies, Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, and others. Professor Mauborgne's current research focuses on strategy, innovation and wealth creation in the knowledge economy. Her recent work, with W. Chan Kim, includes Blue Ocean Strategy (Harvard Business Review, October 2004) and Tipping Point Leadership (Harvard Business Review, April 2003). She is also the author of five worldwide best-selling Harvard Business Review articles. Her Harvard Business Review articles have sold over 500,000 reprints. In addition, her Value Innovation and Fair Process articles were selected as among the best classic articles in Harvard Business Review. She is also a founder of the Value Innovation Network.

Professor Mauborgne is a contributor to The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Journal Europe, The New York Times and World Link.
